Planning ahead is the key to beautiful, stress-free floral arrangements. Fresh flowers need time to hydrate, open naturally, and reach their peak before your event.
Schedule Your Delivery
- We recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event.
- This gives your flowers time to hydrate, recover from shipping, and open naturally.
- For Saturday events, Thursday or Friday delivery is typically recommended.
Upon Arrival
- Unpack your flowers as soon as they arrive.
- Trim the stems and place them in fresh water with flower food.
- Allow flowers to hydrate for several hours or overnight before arranging.
Design Timeline
- Delivery Day: Unpack, process, and hydrate your flowers.
- 1 Day Before: Create bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements.
- Event Day: Transport carefully and add any final finishing touches.
Order a Little Extra
We recommend ordering a few extra stems for practice arrangements, design flexibility, and unexpected breakage.
Storage
Until you're ready to arrange, keep flowers in a cool location, out of direct sunlight, with plenty of fresh water.
