What is included in each Bloomworks Box?

Each Bloomworks Box includes a thoughtfully curated collection of approximately 20 premium seasonal stems, an arranging guide, flower care instructions, and everything you need to create a beautiful arrangement at home.

Will every month's flowers be different?

Yes. Our flowers are shipped farm-fresh and are carefully packed to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

How long will my flowers last?

Vase life varies by flower variety, but most fresh flowers last 5–10 days with proper care. Some varieties may last even longer.

To maximize vase life:

Trim stems at an angle before placing in water.
Use clean vases and fresh water.
Add flower food when provided.
Change the water every 2–3 days.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit.

Do I receive a vase?

No. The Bloomworks Box includes fresh flowers and an arranging guide. We recommend using your favorite vase at home, or you can purchase one from our shop.

When will my first box arrive?

Your first Bloomworks Box ships on the next available shipping cycle. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

When do future boxes ship?

Bloomworks Boxes ship every Wednesday and are delivered on Thursday in most locations.

Can I skip a month?

Absolutely. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term commitments. Manage your subscription whenever you'd like.

Can I send a Bloomworks Box as a gift?

Absolutely. Gift subscriptions and one-time boxes make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, housewarmings, and more.

Are my flowers shipped fresh?

Yes. We carefully pack every Bloomworks Box with fresh flowers that are protected during transit so they arrive ready to hydrate and arrange.

Will my flowers arrive fully open?

Many flowers arrive in bud form so you can enjoy watching them bloom over the following days.

What if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your flowers arrive damaged or don't meet our quality standards, simply contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll make it right.

I've never arranged flowers before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Bloomworks was designed for beginners and flower lovers alike. Every box includes an easy-to-follow arranging guide.

How do I care for my flowers?

Trim the stems, place them in clean water, use the included flower food, and refresh the water every few days for the longest vase life.

Can I recreate the arrangement exactly?

The guide is meant to inspire you, but every arrangement is uniquely yours. We encourage you to experiment and enjoy the creative process.
