Upon Arrival

Unpack your flowers immediately after delivery.
Remove all packaging and protective sleeves.
It's normal for flowers to arrive slightly closed or dehydrated—they will recover with proper hydration.

Prepare Your Flowers

Trim ½–1 inch from each stem at a 45° angle using clean, sharp scissors or floral shears.
Remove any leaves that will sit below the water line.
Place stems into a clean vase or bucket filled with cool water and the provided flower food.

Hydration

Allow flowers to hydrate for 4–6 hours (or overnight) before arranging.
Many varieties continue opening over the next 24–48 hours, revealing their full beauty.

Ongoing Care

Change the water every 2–3 days.
Re-trim the stems each time you change the water.
Remove any wilted blooms or foliage to help extend vase life.

Storage
